Fix initial administrator creation: use 48-character passwords (Kimai allows at most 60).
Repair invalid r1 bootstrap passwords without changing existing database accounts.
Explicitly create admin when absent, then verify the active administrator before declaring readiness.
Only show an initial password in ACCESS.txt when it matches the stored account password.
Preserve existing users, passwords and persistent data during upgrades.
