Non-Official Content: All applications (Apps) provided on this Platform are uploaded by independent users. The Platform does not guarantee compatibility with official ASUSTOR firmware or systems.

2. User Registration and Email Authenticity
Requirement of Truthfulness: Users are required to provide a valid and authentic email address during registration or when uploading content.

Purpose of Information: Your email will serve as the primary channel for identity verification, security alerts, copyright notifications, and administrative communication.

Consequences of False Information: Providing false or inactive email addresses may result in the immediate suspension of your account. The Platform shall not be held liable for any loss of rights or failure to receive critical notices due to invalid contact information.

3. Prohibited Content and Safety Warranty
Malicious Software Policy: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any applications containing viruses, trojans, backdoors, malicious scripts, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of other users' NAS devices, data, or hardware.

Legal Liability: Any user who violates this policy shall be solely and fully liable for all legal consequences, including but not limited to criminal prosecution and civil damages to the Platform or any affected third parties.

Intellectual Property: Uploaders must ensure they possess the necessary rights or licenses for the software they share. Infringement of third-party intellectual property is strictly forbidden.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
"As-Is" Basis: All Apps are provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. The Platform does not perform an exhaustive security audit or code review of user-uploaded content.

Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that installing third-party software involves inherent risks. The Platform shall not be responsible for any data loss, hardware malfunction, system instability, or voiding of official warranties resulting from the use of Apps hosted here.

Right to Remove: The Platform reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if a security risk or policy violation is suspected.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwna/Taipei. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Teipei.
